Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable. On entry, customers must display a valid photo identification document (original national ID, driving license, or passport) matching the name on the debit/credit card used for purchase. Online ticket resale is prohibited. Tickets purchased via resellers like Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, or Dubizzle are invalid and entry will be declined. Customers must ensure they meet the required age to enter the event. Customers must abide by any dress code set by the Event Organizer, if applicable. TicketFa is not liable to refund tickets if entry is declined by the Event Organizer for any reason. Customers are responsible for attending the event at the correct time; non-attended events will not be refunded. TicketFa accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen personal property, injuries, or losses sustained at the event. TicketFa will not be responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Exchanging of seats, tickets, or categories is not allowed—one person per ticket. The ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused for multiple events. The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry allowed. The event artist lineup is subject to change at any time. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited; tickets purchased by ticket resellers will be canceled and not refunded.
