Refund Guarantee Policy

If the refund option is purchased, a refund may be granted in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

Our Refund Guarantee covers refunds of up to 90% under the following circumstances:

1. Event or attraction cancellation.

2. Flight cancellation or alteration by the airline before the event.

3. Emergencies requiring hospitalization, such as intensive care, childbirth, or serious injuries.

4. Artist non-appearance.

5. Event postponed to a different date or delayed by more than 4 hours.

6. Venue change.

Important Notes:

1. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the event.

2. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days after the event.

3. Tickets must be valid; used or scanned tickets are nonrefundable.

4. Supporting documents (official certificates, identification, proof of claim) are required.

5. Refunds, except for canceled events, are capped at USD 600 per order/transaction.

6. Only tickets with valid supporting documents are eligible for a refund.

7. The refund guarantee service fee is non-refundable.

8. Refunds are not available for reasons other than those listed above.
